Leon believes in driving change at the intersection of creativity, industry and leadership. Creativity: Leon serves as the Executive Pastor & Head of Leadership Development for HTBB Church where he oversees its digital campus and growth. He is also a painter and musician at heart having once held the Guinness World Record for largest number contributions to a painting and having co-written and released multiple tracks for his church’s Worship Music Ministry. Industry: Prior to answering the call to full-time church work, Leon was an award- winning copywriter at Leo Burnett with over 12 years of experience before delving into the world of strategy as Vice President of Brand & Content Strategy for PEMANDU Associates where he now serves on the Board as Vice Chairman. Leadership: Leon is the creator and co-host of the Game Of Impossible (GOI) Podcast — Malaysia’s leading father-and-son podcast on transformational leadership. But underpinning all of this are his primary roles: as a husband to his wife, Andrea and father to his two children, Isla and Jett.
