LEAD 2025: YTL Beyond 70 Finale is a full-day experience—from inspiring keynotes in the morning to a spectacular Gala Dinner celebration at night. Both are part of one unforgettable journey, so your attendance is highly encouraged. Nonetheless, if you have valid reasons to miss it, please let us know as soon as possible at ytlleadership@ytl.com.

As a HRDC selected participant, your company will be able to recover your training costs at this conference.

On conference day, after you've completed your registration and received your participant tag, head over to the designated HRD Corp Registration Counter to drop your physical signature (the counter will be clearly marked for your convenience). There will be personnel to assist you.

This year’s LEAD is extra special—it marks the finale of the year-long YTL Beyond 70 celebrations. The format has changed slightly but it still promises to be a day packed with inspiration, connection, and celebration which ends with the YTL Beyond 70 Gala Dinner. It's going to be great!

Absolutely—we encourage all questions! To ease the process however, we will be collecting your questions before the Conference. Be sure to submit them via the LEAD website.

Once you have logged in and registered, there will be a form on the LEAD Home your Profile Page to submit any burning questions you may have for the Directors. Just bear in mind that the form will be deactivated on 10 November 2025, three days before the Conference. So be sure to submit those questions ASAP!

To make your LEAD experience absolutely unforgettable, there's just one thing you need: Have your QR code ready before queueing so you can join the express lane for registration.

Come dressed in your best business attire. Wear comfortable and appropriate footwear for the day-long conference and bring a jacket or shawl to stay warm in case the venue gets too cold.

The best way really, is to take the carpark lift located in front of the hotel's front desk area. Just press on B3. Take note that the main hotel lifts do not go down to the Ballroom!

Alternatively, you can opt for a little morning exercise by taking the staircase down one floor (left of front desk area), and proceed one more floor down via the escalator. You will then arrive at the foyer of the Ballroom.

Yes, there's free parking for you in the JW Marriott! There will be machines provided to validate your parking ticket so keep your ticket safe throughout the day. If you do not validate during the conference, there will be a RM15 charge when doing over the counter.

Yes! Light refreshments will be served in the morning to help kick-start your day.

Lunch will be provided at two venues: Shook!, The Starhill and also The Cobalt Room, Ritz-Carlton. Both venues offer vegetarian options for lunch as well.

Yes, there’s a prayer room located on the same floor as the Mayang Sari Ballroom. If you can't find it, just look for any of the LEAD volunteers for assistance.

Unfortunately, there won't be a livestream, but fret not, as the keynotes will be recorded and later released through our weekly Monday Memo. Keep your eyes peeled!

Yes! Complete the post-event feedback form and you will be shared a link with all the photos from LEAD 2025 about a week later.

If you require any assistance during the event, please find our LEAD volunteers. You can identify them through their LEAD Crew T-shirts.

Alternatively, you can use the chat function on LEAD website which will be available throughout the conference day.

You can pre-order the T-shirt at www.ytl-lead.com. Keep it mind, the pre-order closes on 24 October.

If you missed the deadline, you can try your luck at the ByYTL booth as there will be some extra T-shirts for sale if you're quick enough.

YTL Beyond 70 Gala Dinner FAQ

It will be held at The Majestic Hotel Kuala Lumpur. Just head on to the Ballroom on Level 2 for a night of 70s Glam!

Here are the directions, if you plan to drive. But you might want to carpool or take a Grab as parking spaces are limited.

Unfortunately, parking isn’t on the house this time—it’s cashless with a flat rate of RM15. So make sure you have your credit card/TnGo handy.

There won't be any transport provided. You may drive to Majestic, but bear in mind parking is limited. Best to take a Grab or carpool with your colleagues.

Yes, you heard right. By registering for LEAD 2025, you're automatically entered into the Lucky Draw, giving you a chance to win exciting prizes! Just make sure you're present when they call out your name! Representatives will not be accepted.

You’ll be assigned to a designated table. Upon arrival, please check with our volunteers at the registration counter and refer to the seating chart displayed to find your table number.

Yes, the Majestic Ballroom is on Level 2, and the nearest prayer room is just one level up. Take the lift to the Level 3 and it’ll be on your left side—or if you prefer the escalator, ride up and it’ll be on your right.
